Eileen takes a holistic approach to transformation, blending Havening and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed coaching, as well as bringing in holistic nutrition and somatic awareness to support the nervous system so clients can show up in their daily lives feeling more authentically present, connected, calm, patient, and playful. She also utilizes these skills as a Conscious Parenting Coach to help parents transform their relationships with their kids. She lives in sunny Yuma, AZ with her family, Goldie, and two bunnies.
